How did you cope/manage completing the three days of “Life of a Teacher”

The three-day "Life of a Teacher" produced experience was hard but worthwhile. Organization, resilience, and creativity were needed to handle the many duties, which included lesson planning, student involvement, classroom management, and administrative tasks. I overcame this by setting objectives, making a detailed timetable, and being adaptable to deal with unexpected challenges. The event made clear how difficult a teacher's work is every day, but it also reinforced my resolve to stay in the field.

How did you feel taking on all the responsibilities of a teacher in Block 1 compared to Block 2?

In Block 1, taking on all of the responsibilities that come with being a teacher was an interesting and often intimidating experience. Although I was excited to start teaching, I was also burdened with the responsibility of making sure that my classes were engaging for my pupils and that their needs differed. I was a learning curve when I concentrated on learning about my students, getting to know them, and understanding the content.

Therefore, in block 2 I had more self-assurance and competence. My first block of experiences had given me more effective methods for lesson planning, classroom management, and student interaction. I felt more at ease with the routine and developed closer bonds with my students. This gave me more time to concentrate on improving my methods of teaching and attending to the unique needs of each student.

Which activities did you find most challenging? How did you overcome these challenges?

The most challenging activities that I came across was classroom management, It was difficult to keep everything in order while creating an engaging positive learning environment. I created reliable processes and specific requirements to get around this. Additionally, I developed respectful connections with my learners, which made behavior management easier.

Another problem was creating classes that were open to students' different learning styles and skill levels. I tackled this through implementing a range of methods of instruction, including the use of visual aids, practical exercises, and group projects. To determine how well the learners understood the material and change my teaching style accordingly, I also used formative assessments.

Analyse your results of your self- evaluation survey, how “ready” do you feel to enter the profession as a beginner teacher, after this final Teaching Experience

I believe I am ready to enter into the profession as a beginner teacher because I have the strength to do that and my strength include forming strong relationships with students, lessons planning, and topic delivery are some of my strong points. I am sure I am capable of creating lessons that are both effective and engaging and yet achieving the learning objectives.

As for Areas for Improvement I believe there is opportunity for improvement in the areas of classroom management and differentiating instruction. Even though I've come up with a few methods to deal with these obstacles, I understand that continuing education and experience will be essential to improving my skills.

Even though I understand that teaching is a continuous process of learning, I feel prepared to start my career as a beginning teacher after this last teaching experience. I now have the skills I need and an actual understanding of the needs of the field thanks to the practice. I have faith in my capacity to connect with and educate kids, and I'm dedicated to developing professionally in order to become a useful and effective teacher. My love for teaching and my commitment to creating a supportive learning environment for my future students have been reinforced by this experience.
